Rubia Optima 5100 XFE 5W-20 is developed for the newest MAN on-road diesel engines according to MAN M3977 approval, as well as for the latest Scania DC13 (173, 174, 175 and 176) engines. Due to its low High Temperature High Shear (HTHS) viscosity, Rubia Optima 5100 XFE 5W-20 may not be suitable for older engines, so please consult the OEM.
With its “low-SAPS” (low sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulphur) technology, Rubia Optima 5100 XFE 5W-20 protects engines equipped with any kind of post-treatment systems, such as diesel particulate filters (DPFs).
