We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to all our loyal customers for your continued support over what has been a turbulent year in the lubricant industry.

As some of you are aware we have been experiencing supply issues with our brand partner Total Energies. Due to internal changes within Total, we have seen disruption on lead times and product availability, which is unfortunately out of our hands.

Whilst we wait for Total to resolve these matters and for normal service to resume, you may find longer lead times on certain products and others may be out of stock which normally would not be. Can we ask that you monitor your stock levels and order any Total products allowing for the longer lead times, should we not have any in stock.

We would like to stress that the above issues are only affecting Total products and other brands such as Petro-Canada and our own branded Linelube range are well stocked. Please be assured we are working as hard as we can to ensure minimum disruption to our customers and liaising closely with Total Energies daily for updates on delayed products.
